2003 Honda pilot off road capabilities?

I am 16 and inheriting my moms 2003 Honda pilot. I know it either awd or 4wd. Does anyone know which the pilot comes in?? How does it do off roading? I mean like light trails and mud? Nothing serious. Thanks!
