Cute fabric and string ideas?

I have to make a little something for 9 total individuals by Wednesday. I have little like about 6x6 pieces of fabric that I used for an old patchwork skirt. I have a string, some hemp, and little charms. I need to make something for each person that will be like... a decorative accessory. Please help?
