well if using proactive irritates your skin don't use it. look for something else out there that will deal with the acne without ******* over the natural oils in your face. i would recoment garnier pure range which is excellent. as for dryness the BEST thing for than is e45 cream otherwize known as aqueouse cream; its just unbeleivable...both of these things can be picked up from most pharmacies or shops like clicks. hope that helps
