What skills do you need to be an amazing surgeon? I dont know if that is the right area for me.?

So I am in highschool and it is the time for me to choose the direction I am heading but where can I find a born talent for medical? Im have a unique and impressive talent for more artistic things like drawing and building things. I could put things together quite well and I see myself being an engineer or designer at boeing or building the next tallest tower or next machine gun but I beleive in being a surgeon is more important and worth the many years in college.
