I need advise about my best friend!?

Ok well my best friend is kinda of a *****. I mean i love her and stuff but she can be forgetful and when i ask her to call me and stuff she says she "forgot" all the time. and im getting kinda of sick of it. I told her to call me cause we were gonna go hang out after skool but instead my other friend went. BUT then agin i told her i didnt wanna go. but shouldnt she still of called me like she sed she would? i mean i would call her but she is always somewhere else doing things so i wanted her to call me. And she can be really mean sometimes and think she is better then people and tries to act like hot and kool around guys. and she always acts like she doesnt even have a sense of humor around guys and she never invites me over when guys are over because i fool around alot and like to have a good time and laugh alot. DO you think she is embred to be with me? and why do u think she does what she does? oh yah forgot to mention she invited me to hang with her with guys once but tht is it. ALSO i mean she always says that she wishes she was me cause i am "pretty" and all tht bff crap but do u actually think she means it? I mean she is pretty to and tall and skinny. and i am kinda of short like 5"2 and im kinda of skinny not really and i have some curves and a nice *** and ugh! its just annoys me!!!!
