Pain in testicles but no lumps?

ok so i been having testicular pain for 3 days, its not severer pain but is still a little uncomfortable, i havent felt any nausea, nor have i threw up, i just felt the pain in my testicles and my stomach feels a little akward, should i be worry about and go to the emergency room, or do you think its fine
