To what degree does your undergrad matter when applying for law school?

I have been accepted to schools like Villanova, Penn. Georgetown and a few others but chose to go to my safety school because they offered me a full ride and my parents and I are not in a position to p that up. So my question is to what degree does it matter what undergrad institution I attend when I am applying to a law school? ex. Georgetown law or Duke Law
