What should be done about illegal Immigrants who their home country will not take back?

people who come from third world countries like in my case , are always trying to immigrate to nice countries like the USA, you guys have to understand that immigrants are good for the economy, but i think that the USA should be more flexible with their immigration policies, there are over 12 million illegal immigrants in the USA, that shows a clear inmigration issue, i also think that all inmigrants should go and stay legally in the USA, i live in Venezuela and i want to live in USA legally but it's really hard.
