Adventureous excursion w/a hoe.. any suggestions?

There's this woman I like, she's 33 and I'm 23. We're supposed to hang out on Sunday; It's a hangout/fun date; it's casual. Between a hoe and a housewife, she would definitely be a hoe. I want to do something fun with her.. last time I took her to malibu beach and it was a picnic..she loved it.. got so drunk off the wine, she started to take her pants off.. (I'm a romantic person though..so I didn't hookup with her that time) but this time around, I'm thinkin of taking her to a cute restaurant in newport beach (40miles away) from LA. I've got wine, we can split the dinner bill, split the motel bill after the outrageous amounts of alcohol we'll be drinking.. what do you think? Good adventure idea? She wanted to go to a particular club in LA to get appetizers.. but if we do that, she might be hitting on other attractive dudes at the club and might make out with them when I'm there with her..that'd be a bad idea.. at least if I take her to newport, it'll be less of a club/bar scene and more one on one attention.. what do you think? If you have any other suggestions please let me know :) and naw, I can't do something simple like pay for dinner and take her to my place..she has serious game and won't go for that..
