Is my new era hat fake??

I bought a new era hat and my real official one was blue on the inside where it says new era and the size and it has the R instead of the TM like on my other hat. AlsO the head on the MLB logo is wider on my authentic hat and on the new one it is more slim. The holes on the top of the hat are closed and only have a little hole and one of the holes is a little lower than the others. A different hat I have has 57 cm instead of 56.8 on a 7 1/8 hat and could you tell me irks that one is fake. Both of the hats have the new era flag
